New thing I like: Once Upon A Time (Tv show)

I found a show that brings me back to being a kid and my mom reading Fairy Tales to me at bedtime.  The dream that one day you will meet a price.  The hope that everything in life will have a happy ending. 
The belief that good will always win in the end.  This show brings that back. 
Pretty good special effects, plot and just enough to make you want more~
Check it out if you haven't.  It is a great show.  Good v. Evil we are in for a fight!

Emma Swan’s life has been anything but a fairytale. A 28-year-old bail bondsperson, she’s been taking care of herself since she was abandoned as a baby. Storybrooke is a place where magic has been forgotten—but is still powerfully close—and happily ever after seems just out of reach. In order to understand where the fairytale world’s former inhabitants came from, and what ultimately led to the Evil Queen’s wrath, you’ll need a glimpse into their previous lives. But it might just turn everything you’ve ever believed about these characters upside-down.
Meanwhile, the epic battle for the future of all worlds, modern and fairytale alike, is about to begin. For good to win, Emma will have to accept her destiny and fight like hell.

What I like today: The Hero's of 9-11

I can't believe it has been 10 years since 9-11.  I think this is one memory that everyone who was alive that day will remember in their hearts for ever.  From the visions to the stories it is embedded in our hearts and souls.  My topic today of what I like are the hero's of 9-11.  From the first responders to the office workers from the twin towers and the Pentagon  to the passengers of Flight 93.  You try to put yourself in their shoes and ask yourself would you have been able to be as brave as they were that day.  It is hard to imagine and may we hope no one ever has to be burdened w/that decision.
Hero's in my mind as well are those  who fight to this day against terror and who fight for our freedom.
These men and women are the vision of heroism. So today I honor all the hero's of 9-11, the victims who died, were injured, and those who survived.  The families who lost someone, the friends who are hurting, and those who long for their friends or family to come home from war.  May we pray for Peace and safety to all those who believe in the United States.  God Bless.

What I like today: Multi Purpose things # 2

Fabric softner....of course you use it in your laundry but did you know....you can use it to remove pet hair or your hair from carpet?

Take a spray bottle, fill half w/ your liquid fabric softner, then half w/ water.  Spray liberally on carpet, let sit for 5-10 min or longer.  And the pet/human hair comes right up by rubbing w/ a towel.

I have also heard it works by letting dry and then vacuum up.

Try it it will make your money go farther and help you out in more ways than one.

Want more uses for dryer sheets?
 Keep bugs away: Tuck some in your picnic basket or under lawn furniture to repel bees from your juicy flesh and encourage them back to the flowers, where they belong. You can also rub a sheet directly on your bare skin to discourage would- be buggers from leaving their mark.

Wipe up hair: The cling of a dryer sheet is perfect to wipe up pet hair from your furniture, or even your own hair from your bathroom.

Repel rodents: Use dryer sheets to keep out mice, skunks, squirrels, rats, etc from your basement, garages, boats, campers, and clubhouses

If you are going to spend your hard earned money try this ladies:

Buy a great conditioner that you would use on your hair.  I tend to buy one that says Moisture.  What else besides hair conditioner?   Shaving cream!  Why spend your money on both a shaving cream or lotion and conditioner for your hair! When you can buy one and use it for both!

Another thing that is a saver of money about the one I use is it is just as good as the expensive salon brands but you get a huge amount for I would say $3-4 vs. $10-20

I tend to buy the Suave brand.  The proffesionals line is great.  They have The one pictured below for moisture.  It helps static, and keeps your hair moisture rich.  Then use it as a shaving cream and boy your legs stay smooth!  Try it out and let me know what you think.

This one is a no brainer!  Do you want to save money on anything from Soup to nuts.  Toilet paper, paper towels, frozen foods, vegies, meat, cheese, you name it.  Need I say more....Soda, canned veggies, pasta, ethnic foods....

Come on it is simple, and great food. If you scan half of their barcodes w/ your smart phones you will see hafl of their brand foods are just name brand foods wrapped in their own packaging!

Tips on searching for a discount or innexpensive vacation with giving up quality.
1. Always sort by review first and amount of stars as last resort.  What the people think of a place is way more important than what stuffed shirts think lol
2. Sort by price and always combo hotel, air and car if you need it.
3. Look at more than one site
4. big tip...BIG TIP the websites compute how many times a day people search for a specific trip.  Only look once a week.  Or price will raise up.  They do raise the price if they see you want something.
5. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT give up what you want. You can find a great vacation, hotel or cruise for a great price. It is like finding a mate, dont settle!
