What I like today : Trader Joes Skinny Fries

Hi everyone. Hope you had a great Friday.  Today's thing I like is simple. Have you ever been trying to watch what you yeat and have such a salt craving and you dont know what to have. The vending machine is calling your name.  Well here is where you should stock up.
Trader Joes is a chain of stores with many unique food items from health foods to organic foods.
My sister and I went to our local Trader Joes In Naperville, IL and near the check out I found Skinny Fries.
You get 65 "fries" straws in a serving.  Basically fills up a sandwich size zip lock bag.  They are coated lightly in sea salt.  It is part of Trader Joe's Reduced Guilt line.  80% less fat than regular chips, no artificial colors or flavors or preservatives.    So if you are looking for an alternative to any chip this is your choice.
Calories 110 Fat 2g Carbs 23 Fiber less than 1 Protien 3.  If you follow Weight Watcher points one serving is 3 points.  I split my serving in two and lasted me most the day.  Really helped my snacking cravings.
It is always amazizng when ingredients on an item  you can list on one hand.    They are air popped and not fried!  Have you ever had the chip called Munchos?  It sort of tastes like that.  A must try item.  And what I like today!  Check out a location near you below to find your very own Skinny Fries!
